At Crowned Collection, every unit is personally received and inspected prior to shipment to ensure it meets our quality standard.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

However, unworn and unaltered units in original condition may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Hair must not be installed, customized, washed, cut, chemically altered, or have lace cut in order to qualify.

Customized or special-order units are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

Crowned Collection reserves the right to deny exchanges if the unit shows signs of wear or modification.
